I architect global workforce transformation strategies. I am not a data broker. I do not monetise, sell, lease, or distribute your corporate or personal information to third parties. Any data submitted to me serves a singular purpose: evaluating the nature of your challenge to determine whether an engagement is appropriate. I treat your information with the same precision I apply to global enterprise systems.

INFORMATION COLLECTION & USE

I collect only the information necessary to assess your organisational challenge. When you submit a briefing, I collect:

• Executive identity: Your name, title, and corporate email address to establish a direct line of communication.
• Enterprise parameters: Headcount and core technology ecosystem to verify the scale and context of your operations.
• Strategic context: The challenge you outline, which I hold in strict confidence.

This site also collects standard, anonymised server logs (such as IP addresses and browser types) exclusively to maintain the security and integrity of this infrastructure.

GLOBAL COMPLIANCE & JURISDICTION

I operate from Australia and comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988. Because I operate at a global scale, this information governance policy also aligns with the requirements of international frameworks, including the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

By submitting a briefing, you consent to the secure transfer and processing of this data within my controlled digital environment.

DATA RETENTION & ERASURE

I retain briefing data only for the duration necessary to evaluate your submission or execute an agreement. If I do not proceed with an engagement, I remove your data from my active systems to mitigate unnecessary risk.

You have the right to request a complete audit or the immediate erasure of your data by contacting me directly via the channels established during correspondence.
