## Who I am

I am a senior enterprise leader, practitioner-writer, and international speaker working at the intersection of workforce strategy, AI governance, and organisational design. I do this work from inside one of the world's most complex organisations.

Most analysis of enterprise AI and workforce transformation is produced by people watching from the outside — consultants who advise on transformations they will never execute, vendors whose research flatters their product. This work is written from inside the problem.

## Current role

**HR Technology Strategy & Transformation — BHP**

I govern the workforce technology and AI strategy for Australia's largest company. My work spans the governance of a nine-figure technology portfolio, the development of BHP's Workforce AI Strategy, and the strategic direction of global platform ecosystems including SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Workday, UKG, and Mulesoft.

## The Phronesis framework

Phronesis (φρόνησις) is Aristotle's concept of practical wisdom — the capacity to reason well about complex situations and act on that reasoning. It is the through-line of my intellectual identity: philosophy-trained thinker, applying those ideas to enterprise-scale problems with rigour and without abstraction.
